A continuation of our previous post from last week…
You next need to think about dressing appropriately for the weather next. It’s inevitably going to be hot if you travel during the summer, but if you’re going to visit the south of Spain in winter, then you definitely need layers and rainproof clothing.
Tipping isn’t a big issue in Spain, unlike in countries like America. If you enjoyed the service, then 5% gratuity is more than acceptable, if not then a few coins are perfectly fine.
Our final tip, is not to give away that you’re a tourist. Try and blend in with the locals with casual clothing. Pick-pocketing has increased in the past few years, so take precaution. Markets are wonderful to shop in, due to the cheap goods on offer. But again, be vigilant of your belongings as pick-pocketers are rife in the area.
